About this house rental
The charming "Strandgut" vacation home, lovingly and beautifully renovated, is located in a lovely spot near the beach in Timmendorfer Strand. The Baltic Sea, the beach, and the promenade are just a few minutes’ walk away. Within a 500-meter radius, there are various restaurants, a mini-golf course, and the “Wolkenlos” on the Seeschlößchen Bridge.
The vacation home is tastefully furnished and exudes a wonderful beach atmosphere. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the house offers plenty of space for 7 people. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious bedroom (box-spring bed 180x200), a modern shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living and dining area. All windows are equipped with electric exterior blinds. The upper floor features 3 additional bedrooms with TVs and electric exterior blinds (2 double beds 180x200, 1 single bed that extends to 160x200), a modern, bright bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet. There is a sunny balcony in front of one of the bedrooms.
The front sun deck is partially covered and, with its comfortable lounge furniture, invites you to relax at any time of day. An electric awning, patio furniture, and sun loungers are, of course, provided. After a trip to the beach, you can relax wonderfully in the garden sauna. Wi-Fi, the sauna, a washer, and a dryer are available for free use. A parking space and a bike shed are located at the house.
From mid-May through mid-September, a beach chair is available for your free use on the beach.
