About this house rental
This spacious, tastefully furnished vacation home is situated in a beautiful location near the beach in Timmendorfer Strand. The “Fritzhuus” features a lovely, private garden facing southwest. The 30-square-meter terrace, with a view of the greenery, is equipped with patio furniture, sun loungers, and an electric awning. The house, which spans over 200 square meters and features a sauna and a fireplace, offers every comfort and, with 5 bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a guest restroom, provides ample space for 9 people.
On the first floor is a bright, inviting living room with a reading nook, a fireplace, and a southwestern-facing terrace, as well as a fully equipped, spacious kitchen with an adjoining dining area[nbsp] for 8 people. A bedroom with a single bed, TV, and direct access to the terrace, a guest restroom, and the entryway are also located on this level.
Two bedrooms with double beds[nbsp][nbsp]and a bathroom are located on the upper floor; two additional bedrooms with double beds[nbsp], as well as two bathrooms, an exercise bike, and a sauna, are in the basement. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs, and the windows are fitted with blackout pleated blinds; one bedroom is additionally equipped with a crib (120x60 cm). A washer and dryer are also located on this level. Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge. Parking spaces are available next to the house, and bicycles can be stored in the dry in the garage
A beach chair is available for free use on the beach (seasonal: mid-May through mid-September)!
