About this house rental
This exclusive vacation home is located in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand, yet in a quiet setting just 3 minutes from the beach. Restaurants, cafés, and all shopping options are in the immediate vicinity.
The “Seepferd” vacation home offers contemporary luxury and a cozy atmosphere across 240 m². The extremely spacious, newly landscaped (fenced) garden leaves nothing to be desired. It features a covered sun terrace with an electric awning, a dining area for 10 people, a cozy lounge area, and a garden shower.
On the first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms with double beds and TVs, two modern bathrooms with showers, and another bedroom with a single bed, a crib, and a changing table for the little ones. There is also a separate, well-equipped kitchen with a cozy breakfast area. The hallway leads to the dining room, which seats 9 people, and the spacious, adjoining living room (TV, Sonos system, Wi-Fi). Upstairs are two additional large bedrooms with double beds, a balcony, and a TV, as well as the master bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and built-in sauna. All windows are equipped with electric exterior blinds. The washer and dryer are located in the basement. There are three parking spaces on the property. There is a wallbox at the house for charging electric vehicles (prior registration required).
From mid-May to mid-September, two beach chairs are available for your free use on the beach.
