On the first floor, you’ll find a bright, welcoming atmosphere with warm hardwood floors. The cozy living room, featuring a smart TV, sofa, armchair, and dining area, is the perfect spot to enjoy some quality time. From here, you can step out into the sunny, fenced-in garden. The patio, complete with a dining area and lounge chairs, is a wonderful place to relax—ideal for families and dog lovers.
The bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed, a TV, and blackout curtains. The modern kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, is stylishly and practically furnished. A small, comfortable bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet completes this floor.
On the upper floor is a second bedroom with a double bed and a smart TV. Next to it is an open-concept room with a single bed and a sleeper sofa—perfect for children or friends. A second bathroom with a shower and sink provides additional comfort.
