The Penthouse Deck 2 spans two levels on the first and second floors of a vacation home with only two apartments and offers 180 square meters of living space (plus terraces), offering plenty of space for 6 people to enjoy a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation. Access to the apartment is via the first floor, which features a spacious entryway, a coat closet, and ample storage space for strollers, etc. The first floor is reached via an open staircase. Here you’ll find light-filled, incredibly spacious rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, furnished to a high standard in the Hampton style. Life unfolds in the extremely spacious living-dining area, which is furnished with a high-quality sofa arrangement, a huge dining area for cozy get-togethers, and a reading nook. There are three entrances to the front rooftop terraces, which are equipped with patio furniture and an electric awning. Enjoy the sun from morning to night with a view of the lovingly landscaped garden, complete with a pond and goldfish, from the Deck 1 apartment. The open-concept kitchen with a cooking island offers plenty of space and is perfect for cooking together. This level also features a bedroom with a double bed (180x200), blackout curtains, a crib, and a changing table, as well as a guest restroom and an utility room that houses the washer and dryer. The second living level is accessible via the open staircase. Here you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, blackout curtains, and a TV, as well as a spacious spa-style bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
