This stunning penthouse is situated in a prime location in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand, high above the rooftops, just a stone’s throw from the Baltic Sea and the fine sandy beach. Timmendorfer Strand’s shopping promenade, with its multitude of exclusive shops and restaurants[nbsp], is practically at your feet. A supermarket and a bakery are located in the arcade on the first floor of the building.
The Leuchtturm Lounge penthouse is a light-filled loft with incredibly spacious rooms and a stunning ceiling height spanning two levels in the living area. A spiral staircase leads up to the huge loft, a true architectural highlight, featuring a gorgeous bedroom with air conditioning and a TV, an office, and a small, exclusive en-suite shower room. Another highlight is definitely the huge south-facing rooftop terrace, perfect for enjoying many hours of sunshine together, which is equipped with a dining set and an XXL beach chair. Life unfolds in the extremely spacious living and dining area, which opens onto a fully equipped open-concept kitchen. The cozy sofa area and the spacious dining area offer plenty of room to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Through a combination of sophisticated design, high-quality materials, and warm colors, the interior designer has succeeded in creating a wonderful living atmosphere. There are two additional spacious bedrooms which, like the loft bedroom, feature high-quality Ruf box-spring beds (180x200), built-in closets, a TV, and blackout pleated blinds, as well as another exclusive shower room. Both bathrooms are equipped with a radio. A washing machine is built into the kitchen. The penthouse (2nd floor) includes a reserved parking space in the underground garage (entry height 1.90 m). There is no elevator. Due to the open staircase and loft area, the penthouse is not necessarily suitable for small children.
