You’ll find light-filled, incredibly spacious rooms spanning 200 square meters of living space, along with a 120-square-meter wraparound rooftop terrace equipped with a dining set for 6 people, a beach chair, and electric awnings—all accessible from every room. Enjoy the magnificent views and sunshine from morning till night.
Through a combination of sophisticated, minimalist design, warm colors, and real wood floors, the owners have succeeded in creating a pleasant, inviting atmosphere. Life unfolds in the exceptionally spacious living-dining area. A high-quality sofa arrangement, a fireplace corner with a stove and additional sofas, as well as a dining table with ample space for 8 people, offer plenty of room to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Two glass doors lead into the fully equipped XXL kitchen, which is perfect for cooking together. You can make coffee using a fully automatic coffee machine (whole beans). There are 3 spacious bedrooms, all of which have access to the rooftop terrace and are equipped with double beds, built-in closets, TVs, and blackout pleated blinds. The master bedroom features an additional living area that serves as a private retreat. There are two exclusive bathrooms available: one with a shower, the other with a large walk-in shower and a bathtub.[nbsp] The washing machine is located in a separate storage room. The apartment has 2 private underground parking spaces (entry height 1.80 m) located directly in the building. An elevator is available.
