The exclusive Captains Huus vacation home is situated in a quiet and idyllic setting, surrounded by villas in a stunning location just a few steps from the Baltic Sea and the beach. The quaint Niendorf Harbor and a bakery for breakfast rolls are just a 5-minute walk away.
Contemporary luxury at its finest. Captains Huus has been extensively renovated without losing any of its original charm. Using warm colors, high-quality materials, and exclusive furnishings, the interior designer has succeeded in creating a special, inviting atmosphere that meets the highest standards. On the first floor, you’ll find an exceptionally tasteful living area, bathed in natural light and offering a magnificent view of the spacious, southwest-facing garden. There are two large terraces, both covered and equipped with radiant heaters, so that the beautiful outdoor area can be enjoyed even on cooler evenings. Of course, high-quality patio furniture and sun loungers are provided. The spacious dining area offers plenty of room for eight people, and the adjoining kitchen is fully equipped. One of the three bedrooms, an exclusive bathroom with a walk-in shower and an additional bidet, as well as another room housing a closet, a washing machine, and a dryer, are also located on the first floor. The upper floor features two additional spacious bedrooms and a stunning bathroom with a view of the Baltic Sea, a freestanding bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a double sink. All bedrooms are equipped with double box-spring beds (180x200), a TV, and blackout blinds. The house features underfloor heating.
