In total, the villa has three bedrooms:
A special highlight is the separate bedroom in the annex, which is accessible via the terrace. It features an en suite bathroom with a shower as well as direct access to the adjacent sauna with a view of the garden—a private wellness area in a class of its own.
On the upper floor, there are two additional bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds (1.55 x 2.00 m and 1.80 x 2.00 m). Both rooms open onto a shared south-facing balcony with an awning—the perfect way to start your day with morning sunshine. The larger bedroom also features air conditioning.
All bedrooms are equipped with blackout pleated blinds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
