This spacious 220 m2 detached house comfortably sleeps 5 people. * Pets not allowed * No smoking
Outside: Private garden of 500 m2, not enclosed, with shaded terrace, south-facing Garden furniture and sunlit gazebo. Private car park
It comprises a 39 m2 reception room, a vast 49 m2 lounge with its pisé floor, a large fully-equipped kitchen with dining area and a 30 m2 utility room. Two staircases lead upstairs. 1 very large 36 m2 bedroom with 160 cm bed. 1 20 m2 bedroom with 160 cm bed. 1 study 1 bathroom with shower and toilet 1 bathroom with bath and toilet 1 90 cm bed on mezzanine. Included in the rental price: Sheets, towels and household linen Landline telephone available Wifi / ADSL Washing machine and laundry Tumble dryer
Among the many leisure activities on offer in our beautiful region; - Visits to châteaux, - Discovery of the many prehistoric sites in the Vézère Valley and its museum, - Kayaking and canoeing down the Dordogne and Vézère rivers, - Hiking along the 675 km of signposted footpaths, - A trip to one of the leisure parks, - Hot-air ballooning over the Dordogne, During the summer months, night-time farmers' markets are held in village squares, selling regional produce.
