Salignac-Eyvigues 10 minutes where you will find: Intermarché and fuel station, bakery, butcher, post office, bank, medical office (Kynes, dentists, nurses, doctors, occupational therapist). Archignac is also 30 minutes from Brive.

We have had a wonderful two weeks at this property on Les Trois Chemins. Martine was most welcoming and helpful. The cottage is lovely and comfortable and the setting is delightful. We could wander around their vast garden, with the fruit trees, vegetable plots and 5 hens and cool off in the pool. The area is very rural with many picturesque villages and towns within an easy drive. The daily trip to get the bread at Saint Genies was a pleasant start to each day.
A very relaxing holiday in this delightful part of France.

Although the cottage was difficult to find, when we did eventually find it, Martine was helpful in spite of my sparse French. The cottage is finished throughout with wood to a high spec. The rooms were spotlessly clean. The kitchen is more than adequate and well equipped. A comfortable lounge /dining room has television and CD player. The shower is excellent. Upstairs the two bedrooms are basic but fairly comfortable. We loved the pool and the vast outside area with orchard. The cottage is some distance from any shops/ bars etc and is very quiet in rural Aquitaine. A car is essential.All in all, we enjoyed our tranquil week here, and would commend it to anyone who likes peace and quiet.
