1 km from Salignac-Eyvigues (all shops and markets), detached 90 m² house near another "Gîtes de France" (ref. 24G017377). Ground floor: Living room with kitchenette and lounge area. Shower room. Separate WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms: 1 single bed (90 cm) and 2 double beds (140 cm). Dressing room. Separate WC. Electric heating. Unfenced 100 m² courtyard. Unfenced 800 m² garden with an 18 m² covered terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, and swing.
Linen included. Towels €10/person/change. Sheets €12/bed/change. End-of-stay cleaning €60. Heating beyond 56 kWh/week is charged according to consumption and current rates.
Baby equipment: 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 baby bath, 1 changing mat. This traditional Périgord-style stone house overlooks the village of Salignac and is located near seasonal and permanent rentals, as well as a working farm 250 m away. The proximity of a second gîte (sleeps 6) allows you to organize stays with friends while maintaining a degree of independence. It is 6 km from the Gardens of the Manor of Eyrignac, 18 km from Sarlat, a medieval town with exceptional heritage, and from Montignac (International Centre for Cave Art, Lascaux 4).
Fishing is available in a private pond approximately 300 m away (carp, tench, etc.).
