About this cottage rental
8 km from Salignac-Eyvigues (shops), detached 100 m² house in the village of Jayac. Ground floor: Living room with kitchenette and lounge area (wood-burning stove). Shower room with WC. Pantry. First floor: 1 bedroom with three single beds (90x190 cm). 2 bedrooms with one double bed (160x190 cm). Bathroom. Separate WC. Oil-fired central heating. Unfenced garden with a 41.5 m² terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, and swing. Baby equipment: cot and high chair.
3 bicycles (teenagers/adults) available free of charge. The cottage is equipped with duvets and fleece blankets.
The price includes: end-of-stay cleaning, linens, and electricity. Optional extras: towels €6/person, bed linen for a single bed: €7, for a double bed: €10, heating €10/day. This cottage overlooks a walnut grove that is part of the property. The family owns a farm 13 km away where they welcome guests and offer tours. They also offer a welcome drink featuring walnuts. At 12 km, you can discover the Eyrignac Gardens and at 15 km, the Gardens of the Imagination in Terrasson-Lavilledieu. St. Amand de Coly, listed among "the most beautiful villages in France," is 10 km away. Numerous sites are nearby, including the Tourtoirac Cave, the Cave of the Hundred Mammoths in Rouffignac-Saint-Cernin-de-Reilhac, La Grange Dimière in La Cassagne, the castles of Hautefort and Losse... not forgetting the prehistoric sites of the Vézère Valley (International Centre for Cave Art, Lascaux IV, 20 km away).
