Everything was great

The lady at the reception was very nice and friendly. The price was the cheapest in the city at the time. The location was good - a lot of cafes around (though many of them not the cheapest), and pretty easy access to public transport.
The hostel itself is terrible. You don't want to stay in there longer than 20 minutes. Doors have gaps below so it is easy to hear what's happening in the hall all the time. An the walls are so thin I could hear someone snoring the whole night. The room feels like a prison cell. The bed sheets are horrible and beds not comfortable.
! They kick you out between 11 and 15 o'clock. What a stupid rule.
I'd rather book something a bit more expensive than return here again.

Just the staff kindness at the reception desk
The rooms in this hostel, literally look like prison. Everyone is FORCED to vacate the rooms between 11am and 3pm. This is not a good place for people who go out at night because you DO NOT have a choice but to leave , hence we did not get proper sleep. The breakfast is a joke and is literally just 1 loaf of bread without anything else. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything, even when other people use the toilet at night. I Do not recommend this place at all if you care about your mental health. Also the check in is at 3pm - beware ! The beds are super uncomfortable.

Position top
Wasn’t furnished with any kind of facilities (towels, ecc)

It was clean and we had our own bathroom but could also access to the public ones. The staff was super nice and the best thing is that you can leave your luggage there before or after your stay.
The lights of the public bathroom were turned off at 11pm, which was a little bit early considering that we weren’t making noise.

Just the location as it was in a clean neighborhood.
We had a very disappointing stay at International Youth Hostel Paris. While the location is decent (close to a metro station), that's about the only positive thing I can say.
The hostel doesn't provide basic facilities you'd expect – there's a kitchen but no utensils at all. They have a microwave, but it’s completely useless without anything to cook in. It defeats the entire purpose of staying in a hostel with “self-catering” facilities.
Our room was located right next to an alley, and in the middle of a 38°C summer, we couldn’t even open the windows due to safety concerns. No air circulation at all, making it feel suffocating.
The breakfast was a joke – just a small piece of bread, a tiny portion of jam and butter, a muffin, and a small juice box. Anything extra? You’ll have to pay for it. No towel is provided unless you pay extra.
But the worst part? The timings. It honestly felt like we were in a jail:
Showers only between 6 AM to 8 PM.
Wi-Fi works only from 3 PM to 11 PM (yes, seriously).
You are forced to vacate your room from 11 AM to 3 PM every day, even if you’re staying multiple nights!
This place is extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable. I would strongly recommend avoiding it, especially if you’re on a budget – there are better hostels in Paris for the same price range, with fewer restrictions and more basic amenities.

Shower room is not closed, better install a door to contain the sound of the shower noise when guest are showering.

It’s location is ok. There is 86 bus direct to the eiffel tower.
The floor is made with tiles. It’s very cold. There are no chairs in the room. There are no floor mats or carpets in the room. The charging port is way too far from the bed.
The bed is placed at a risky angle on a broken edge and the ladder is placed straight above that. It’s very risky to go up the bed without another person holding the bed steady.
We booked the whole room and asked the staff to skip cleaning as we have our stuff in the room unpacked. They declined. They asked us to pack all our stuff every day and place the suitcase on the bed. The lockers in the room didn’t work either.
The toilet commode doesn’t have enough space for a person about 5’10 to fit.

You get what you pay for. Brilliant location though nearby to all public transport.
There was no hand wash kept in the washrooms in our floor (third floor). And you are not allowed to stay inside the room from 11-3 for cleaning purposes.
Rest all was perfect.

The location was good.
Staff behavior can definitely improve. They have a rule of not being allowed to stay in your rooms between 11 am and 3 pm, which makes sense to me on the day of checking in or out, but other than that, people should be allowed to stay and leave their rooms whenever they please. My friends and I were quite literally forced out of our room (which we had booked only for ourselves) because we were slightly late one morning in waking up, and very rudely as well. This was completely unacceptable.

Free safe room for our bags after the checkout. There was a private bathroom. Included breakfast was nice.
The room was cold.

Location and cappuccino coffee.
Firstly, the room was absolutely cold, freezing and No AC too. The window was not compact and cannot keep the cold temperature outside. Very narrow and short roof(if you jump you can touch it). The breakfast is also limited, not enough for getting full. The whole room and bathroom were very old and must be reconstructed immediately! Cleanliness of them were also not good enough, dirty holes and dust on the beds were visible. Unfortunately, there were no tables, chairs and wardrobe at all. How does the room which costs almost 25 euro per night have no these facilities?! I would never recommend this hostel anyone. The worst thing I felt disappointed is that there is only one outlet in a quadruple room. Where is logic? Be aware! They will charge some additional city taxes too although in booking com it says all the taxes and fees are included. Just crazy😏

A simple breakfast included (baguette, butter, jam, madeleine, OJ, hot drink)
Cheap price.
If you want somewhere cheap in central Paris this place will be good. Not fancy and no extras.
Be careful of extra charges (breakfast and City tax) as it seems some third party websites aren’t clear on this and several people were asked to pay more on arrival.

This is your best choice if you are looking to be close to the Paris' main spots. The location is remarkable!
Breakfast needs to be improve

Great place to lay your head at night for a reasonable price. Good location for Metro 1 and 8 lines. Nice neighborhood with lots of cafes and shopping.
Not sure what to improve. It is what it is. An inexpensive place to lay your head at night. No frills.

Simple functional clean room in a great location. Quiet at night and friendly staff. Free bag store was great.
Very basic accommodation and breakfast but fine for one night.

I had a room (107) right next to the shower. Although they asked not to shower after 11PM, people just didn't care, and took showers throughout the night. I hardly slept that night. It is if they are showering in your room.

I liked the price and location was good and close to Metro stops
The beds were terrible: I understand that they are for young people but it was almost comical!
I highly recommend that breakfast (included) feature in addition to the bread, butter, box of juice a FRUIT such as a BANANA (available all over Paris at less than 1 Euro) or an APPLE, to encourage healthy eating !

the ad said there was an elevator but we stayed in a building without an elevator. breakfast is very basic, could be better.

Budget friendly
Kept luggage for free
Decent rooms and great location
RER is nearby to catch train for Disneyland
Metro is also near
No fans or working AC so Can't book in hot summer
Cons:
No one guided where is the room and atleast they could have told which block it is.
I asked to give the same room booked for 2 days but two seperate bookings , unfortunately they accepted and next day astonishingly they had allocated different room , so had to shift whole of our luggage from 4th floor.
Dint find a shower room for next day.
Breakfast was complimentary but bread was hard enough to limit for 1.

We had our own room, with code lockers. Location is really good, very close you have metro and bus station,groceries,bars,restaurants....reception is 24/7.
It was very noisy all the time. You can shower only until 11pm and the showers are not the cleanest. Room had a special smell and under the bed I found some socks from previous guests.
Good deal for price, but don't expect much.
