I left immediately, I did not stay due to a mismatch between the listing and the reality

The location is convenient and easy to reach. The booking process itself was straightforward, and check-in staff were present on arrival. The property seems active and busy, which may suit a very young, hostel-oriented audience

The accommodation was presented as a hotel, but it is in fact a youth hostel with very specific conditions that were not clearly highlighted before booking. The room conditions did not meet expectations (cleanliness, strong smell, no private bathroom, and no heating). Important restrictions (age limit, room access hours, comfort level) were only fully understood upon arrival

Outstanding

Is very important to understand my reasons to rate as I did. I was searching for a place to sleep, only a night with a minimum of comfort. Crew very friendly and the guests I crossed also friendly. Clean and very quiet. I requested a single room, was perfect for my usecase. Surely will be there once I be in Paris again.

There maybe better rooms but is it worth the risk

The room was for the pipes that connect the toilet outlets every time one was flushed you heard it in the room. There was also a foul smell in the room I opened the window and left it open all the time I was there but the smell never went away, I don’t think I have ever been in a worse room and thankfully it was only one night.

Excellent cost-effect stay, would visit again.

The location was excellent, and the room was really good for the price. Just as expected, would recommend to young adults!

Convenient location. Decent breakfast

-The room smelled very bad (like somebody had left a week of dirty socks hidden somewhere). - The receptionist had very unfriendly attitude. - Even though we had paid for the previous night, we were not able to check into our room until 3:00pm when we arrived (with one day delay due to flight cancellation) at 1:00pm

Decent but the rule of having to leave room from 11-3pm is a hassle.

Always cleaned. Free breakfast and coffee. Close to bus stop and metro. Plenty of places to eat.

The rule of needing to leave the hostel from 11-3pm is unnecessary and a hassle. It should be optional because i always kept my room clean. And sometimes i want to sleep in or work in my room but I can’t.

Good location in Paris and good price

We loved the location, close to 3 metro's stop. We loved the recepcionist Alizee as well, very friendly. We liked that the shower is inside the room.

In other point, there was another recepcionist that was very rude. The breakfast could be better, they could offer one portion of fruit and change something like the orange juice.

Disappointing

Nice location Felt fairly safe Decent for one night stopover - I wouldn’t spend any more time here though

Shower and sink in the room with no wall or anything. Whilst we were staying there the lift broke down with two people inside and the receptionist (the only worker there) seemed to not care much. Breakfast was awful. Wi-Fi didn’t work at all Beds were very uncomfortable. Not worth the price

Bad

Im happy I had my own room

No wifi in rooms (even though it’s stated they have it, it only works in the lobby), beds that overheat, they kick you out of your room from 11-3pm, you strangely have to leave your key at the desk everytime you leave, no hand soap in bathrooms, no charging outlets near beds, and really loud at night. I will never stay here again and encourage everyone to not book here. You don’t even get what you pay for, you get less. Very bad.

Could be better if people that are staying in the hotel leave the facilities clean after using it. The hotel’s staff cleaned very often, but still - Please, try to leave the place as you wish to find it.

Well-located and easy to find, and in a safe and busy area. Approachable staff, very friendly. A coffee machine at reception that actually worked!

The room was chilly and the bathroom was absolutely freezing. Guests should remember to bring a sleeping bag as you are not provided with full bedding - just a pillow and a thin blanket. Also, I don't understand why reception took a photocopy of my passport: I thought the whole point of booking via Booking.com was to avoid all such fuss when you arrive.

Disappointing

The room extremely dirty even though they close the rooms from 11.00 until 15.00 for "cleaning" the dust on the shelves was still there. No soap or shower gel. Towels and bedsheets at extra charge. Wifi stops at 23.00. Except for the reception staff that are very proffesional, smiling and allways ready to assist the guests everything there is horrible.

The location was okay.

We had a room with a shower and sink but no towel or soap. A towel was €3 but none were available until after 10pm. The toilet was on the floor below us. The staff were rude and unhelpful. We had paid for linen but there was only a bottom sheet and a sort of cover.
