The host had made us aware that the building we originally booked into had an issue with a water-leak the day before we were supposed to arrived.
They immediately arranged for us to have another premise set up for us 5 minutes away and they got it ready for us to arrive.
The building was amazing, the area is beautiful and the hosts are wonderful and friendly.
If ever you find yourself in or around the Watford area, I highly recommend these hosts as they are absolutely brilliant.
