The kitchen area was perfect. Clean, spacious and well-equipped.
The master bedroom was clean, comfy and functional.
The family bathroom was clean and functional.
The garden space is shared with the other side of the semi, with no dividing fence. This isnt clear on the advert. It is a fantastic space however and a real perk.
The downstairs bathroom needs urgent maintenance. There is a slow leak from a corroded bidet pipe, a flickering light and most the door is warped so that it can require a lot of force to open it. A child could easily get locked inside.
The second bedroom had no curtains, just blinds that were broken and mouldy at the bottom. We had to hook up a blanket over the empty curtain rail to darken the room enough to sleep.
The living room sofa doesn't have any backrest cushions. It makes it really difficult to get comfy.
