Harry Potter Studios Bungalow and Private Garden with Parking

Clean, convenient for the event we were attending and everything there.

Parking, even though a drive way it was hard & tight getting the two cars in & out, due to parked cars outside on roadside and drive very narrow.

The property is in a lovely place in Watford with a park across the road which was handy for my youngest trying to keep him entertained in the heat, the beds were super comfy, the back garden was large and gave the kids a place to chill and cool down after busy days, we arrived earlier than check in and was told we were more than welcome to park the car there and head off into Watford, it was lovely and clean and smelt amazing when we arrived, also if your staying and enjoy burgers you have to try Smash Shack, honestly the burgers were unreal and definitely worth our 3 hour 20 minute drive alone, in fact I’d be tempted to make the drive again just for one of their burgers it was that good. It also only around a 10 minute drive to the Warner Bros studio which is the whole reason we had gone to Watford in the first place which meant that because we had booked the 9am tour slot we arrived at the studios at around 8:30 and had the pick the car park pretty much, which made the whole trip run much smoother, trains into London are also very regular which meant that on the Tuesday we didn’t have to spend a lot of the day waiting around for trains, I could honestly write so much about this stay that it probably wouldn’t all fit, the property is located close to town and close to local shops for food shopping which also made the trip much cheaper as we only ate out once which was much kinder on the budget.

The parking is sometimes a bit hit and miss, we have a larger car which only just fitted on the drive, however it was then a struggle to open the doors, there is parking on the road outside the property however it’s a first come first served basis which is sometimes difficult to get a space, but with a smaller car there would be no problem using the drive, I’d also recommend moving the car off the drive early before the road starts getting busy, especially if you aren’t used to driving in ‘cities’ I waited almost 15 minutes the first time I got on the drive to be able to get back out again because the road is very busy and apparently no one is willing to let you out 🙈, but apart from that the stay was absolutely amazing, the kids loved it and can’t wait for our next family trip.
