Great facility’s and it was perfect for what we needed.
The parking was a little annoying but not much you can do about that I don’t think.

We brought our two children to stay here as we had booked the Harry Potter WB Studios tour. They absolutely loved it and added the magic that we wanted for them.
The Lounge is comfortable and we loved the sky and all the HP accessories throughout the house. The sorting hat was fun (needs new batteries ).
The kitchen is clean well equipped and has a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
The bedrooms were comfortable and it was a surprise to find the Gfrindyor gowns in the wardrobe!
We met the owners and they were kind and helpful.
The couch doesn’t fit a family of four but there are chairs to sit on. It would also be useful to a long mirror in one of the bedrooms as there weren’t many mirrors. Both of these are minor issues and we still enjoyed our stay.

Beds were comfortable and the communication from the hosts was good. They seemed friendly. And the house was warm
For a house that can accommodate 6-8, there is only 1 two seater sofa. The evening was very uncomfortable for my wife and I who ended up trying to relax on wooden chairs whilst our sons sat on the sofa.
Also, the parking situation was very stressful. No parking between 8-10am and 8-10pm meant trying to find nearby parking. Only non permit parking orn24 hour car park was 10 minute walk away.
Also, the harry potter theme was a bit lack luster.
Some really cool stuff, like the light up cloud ceiling, and the costumes and wands. But the stickers on the wall were tacky and the owner had clearly bought 1 paid of curtains as is using them in 2 rooms. It just felt like a cheap attempt at what could be a really cool place.
