The Harry Potter theme was very complete. The proximity to the Warner Bros Studio Tour Harry Potter. The easy access to London by train. Heather was really helpful during our stay when we had a key problem with the external front door. Tesco for groceries and a bus stop less than a 5min walk away.
Hard to find the building as the GPS directed us to another house in the street.

Really liked the theme and also the activities left to entertain the children and us as adults. A lot of thought has been put into each room.
The smell of the hall and stairs leading up to the room wasn't too pleasant. But once in the flat you couldn't smell anything.

Lovely quirky HP themed decor - our daughter loved the treasure hunt to get the code to get into the games etc. communication with the hosts was great and was a great place to stay the night before the HP studios to get us in the mood!! Literally 5 mins to the studio and nice to have facilities to cook as we popped to Tesco and cooked in the apartment.
This can’t be helped but it was so hot! The hosts had put fans in but it really didn’t make a difference. Also the corridor outside the apartment didn’t smell great so wasn’t a great first impression - but once inside it more than made up for that!
