Absolutely brilliant touches to make our stay truly magical! The dressing up robes were just fantastic and the children had great fun. So many super games to play and Potter books to explore. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. It was located perfectly for us to go and catch the knight bus- just a short walk to the station.

Location being less than 15 minutes from the Waner bros studio. All the Harry potter props, from plates and cups to wall decorations etc . it's a house so it has a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer, can be handy if you want to prepare a quick bite to eat or get your laundry done. 2 bedrooms is also a positive when traveling with a family.
Despite all the negatives we slept well and made use of all the facilities.
Very old house, which hasn't been brought up to the current standards. The kitchen and bathroom needed updating. The cupboard door was broken in the kitchen, electric cables were hanging here and there. Carpets in the sitting room and the bedroom were very old and dark. Bedsheets were dark coloured and worn away. The dishwasher top rack was broken and would just fall out on sliding. The bathroom sink tap was really stiff and hard to turn off.
Suggestions for the owner:
Update kitchen and bathroom.Change the carpets to hard floors. Use white bedsheets ( when clean , you can appreciate the cleanliness Vs in dark colours). The dining table was full of plastic table decorations. Please leave some space for guests to actually put their food on the table.

Great location for Warner Bros. Harry Potter The accommodation tried very hard to provide an atmospheric Harry Potter feel for children. The information given in advance was excellent and informative. The parking was excellent and the contact withe property owners/managers helpful.
The property was ‘fusty’ and this aggravated my asthma. The property was a bit tired and needed a good spring clean and a bit of a spruce up.
