Could do with a refurbished.... painting. Deep clean Sofa in main room uncomfortable Pillows were new and fluffy/full but very big no alternative. Personal choice but I had to use scatter cushion to make my sleep better but then I had a good night's sleep. One of my children used the down stairs to sleep and the sheets there were not clean. Used the sheets from the second bed in the upstairs bedroom

Location was perfect and the house was suitable for a large family.

The single beds mattresses need replacing as the spring mattress were worn not comfy.

Location and room sizes are great for a family of four. Cinema room is really a great bonus and kids absolutely loved this.

Wasn't clean to the standard it should be. Toilet rolls where wet and not changed. Pans and glasses hadn't been washed. Under cupboards and insides need a real good clean. 1 dish for a a family of four. Had to wait to eat cereal for the bowl. The general maintenance of the house needs refreshing. Lots of paint work peeling off, toilet seat was falling off. If you don't mind coming and cleaning a little bit then you'll be fine. But would definitely say this needs to be stepped up especially for the price per night.
