The property was great, had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. The cinema room was great for relaxing in after a day at Wembley . Brilliant location, train station near by,

Sofa in main room uncomfortable
Pillows were new and fluffy/full but very big no alternative. Personal choice but I had to use scatter cushion to make my sleep better but then I had a good night's sleep.
One of my children used the down stairs to sleep and the sheets there were not clean. Used the sheets from the second bed in the upstairs bedroom

Enough space for 5 to even 6 people (but only one toilet, and insufficient toilet paper, etc). Harry Potter theme was cute. To be fair, the peeling paint and difficult plumbing are typical of British homes of this age
Dusty, insufficient toilet paper and what was there seemed wet and deformed (paper towel too), greasy kitchen items (pans, cups), hot (only one fan), hard to operate LEDs (could not turn them all off), expensive to add on late checkout, and a fair number of flies. And some cleaning items left around
