Kids loved the harry potter set up and the flat had everything that was needed , beds was made upon arrival and I had no need to take towels as they was all included, also with being a family of 6 , the 2 bathrooms was lovely , thank you
Theres some cracks in the wall next to the kitchen window , that scared the kids a little bit but they was ok after a short while

Property was very clean and spacious. The Harry Potter theme running throughout was a great treat for our grandchildren who were with us. Kitchen area was plenty big enough and well equipped.
Unfortunately the day we stayed was very hot outside and hence the upstairs apartment was also very hot. Plenty of fans provided but did not really keep the place any cooler. However, this was not the fault of the property, just a bit of bad luck for us on the day

The Harry Potter stuff was great and was a fan for each room and iron board. Shower gel and toilet rolls provided.
There was a bad damp smell in the en suite bathroom and bedroom and two electrical wires coming through the walls taped off. Noisy main road and run down back outlook with broken furniture out there.

Location was perfect for Harry Potter Studios. Instructions prior to arrival were excellent and the flat was spotless.
The Harry Potter theme was great and children loved it.
The smell of weed from next door coupled with the smell of sewage made the room with ensuite unbearable. Owners had installed an air freshener in the room but this did nothing to mask the smell. it was overwhelming. I would not have wanted any child to sleep in this room.
