Very friendly host, with instant communication. Excellent location to town centre. Comfy beds with the bonus of complimentary parking.
Need clearer instructions to key box location, whether it is in the building or outside the building.
And let users be aware that building lock won't actually lock you out, so that users don't need to panic on how to get back in.
There is a possibility of boiler running out of hot water after two people have used it for shower. I was the third one and I was left with no hot water in the middle of my shower. Need to consider if it is time to replace another kind of boiler.

Fantastic apartment in the centre of Watford. Communication with the host was great and check-in was straightforward by collecting the keys from a keybox. Apartment was spotless when we arrived and nice little touches like water in the fridge and chocolates. Excellent showers and one of the comfiest beds I have slept on. Location also very close to city centre and short walk to Watford tube station and even closer to Watford Junction station. Really appreciated the free parking at the rear of the property also. Would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic stay, felt like a home away from home
Brilliant apartment, spotless throughout and much more spacious than the photos suggest. Beds were incredibly comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms were immaculate. Free parking on site was a great bonus. Host was responsive and check in was seamless. Genuinely felt like a home away from home, would absolutely stay again
Could be a little more fancy, with more flashy lights in the property (e.g. leds to look more attractive). However, the host took this on board and said he’ll implement this.

The property is very near the town centre so it’s a very walkable area very close to restaurants, activities, pubs, clubs et cetera. It is a spacious property and has all the basics that you will need to relax.
There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property except that perhaps it could be stated more clearly in the accessing the property directions? You enter through the side of the property so you really have to be on the lookout.
