Spacious apartment
The tube station nearby isn’t the best. Couldn’t get back to this station later than 5/6pm

The location was perfect as we were attending family events in Watford and Rickmansworth. There was plenty of space for 5 adults. The host replied quickly when we had a query.
It was very warm and the main patio doors were locked with no key available. When we rang to enquire about the key, we were told it was not possible to open the doors, due to an incident with a previous booking. There were fans available and small windows, but it was difficult to cool the apartment down. Consequently, we had to stay out longer than we would have done, as it was uncomfortably warm until quite late in the evening.
Also, there was not enough crockery and cutlery for all five of us to use at the same time. It was lucky that we hadn't planned to do much cooking there.

The apartment size, especially the size of the bedrooms.
The bathroom wasn't clean. I am been staying in Airbnb for the past year now. I never ever had to scrub a toilet, as I did to cranes apartment.
The bathroom had black mould stains everywhere around the bath, even in the tiles. I had to buy anti- mould products, gloves and a hard job brush, because I wouldn't allow my dad and myself to use the bath in that condition.
