Near city centre, Derby train station and royal Derby hospital

Clean room, very convenient location, clean bathrooms, functioning TV with excellent WiFi. Staff contacted a few times re: queries and very responsive so rather pleased

Curtains in my room were broken as not secured. Lack of cutlery in kitchen

Super kind and helpful staff available to help via message or call throughout your stay, SUPER comfortable beds and a lovely clean room with a huuge tv easy to watch anything you want! Lovely garden with food available, secure place to store your luggage before you check in if you choose and really close to the train station and all major derby attractions! Overall amazing🙏🏼

Check in process was slightly less streamlined than we had hoped but everything turned out fine as staff were available to help. No hot water and a shared bathroom but that is reflected in the extremely affordable price and the bathrooms were very clean so cant complain.

Folk friendly who shared house

Walking thirty minutes from town to different 🏠 because they claimed where we meant to be at had this plumbing problem. Reckoned distance was same don’t think so somehow.No tin opener

The self check in was very easy and straightforward. The rooms were spacious with extremely comfortable and clean beds. Each room had a widescreen tv with access to Netflix and other channels. Including complementary tea and water. The host was very accommodating and helpful during our stay. We stayed for a month, the host was very quick responding to anything we needed or fixing / cleaning. Didn’t really see many other guests but when we did were always polite and friendly. 2 bathrooms large kitchen, garden and living room. Excellent stay, would recommend.

Although there were 2 showers and bathrooms I think potentially 1 more bathroom would have just made it a bit easier for busy times. The showers weren’t the best but figured out was only colder when other people were showering downstairs. I personally avoided showering at the property and just showered at work just to keep things convenient in the property.
