    The bed is clean and comfortable, the rooms are surprisingly clean but the entrance to the room smells of urine... Really disgusting ,entrance, carpet is dirty all stained with urine... The rooms are exceptionally comfortable...

    Good standard all round. Liked parking outside my door. For me perfect location. A comfortable bed and a large enough bath for a soak. Missed air conditioning in the recent heat

    The photos of the inside of the rooms are somewhat misleading. Everything is tired and old... including the flooring, furnishings, bed and the bathroom. I would NOT recommend this place to stay. The only 2 plus points are that it's easy to find on the A52 and the free parking.
