The Rooms were clean and comfortable apart from no bedside table. Staff were extemely helpful and the cokked breakfast buffet was excellent. Best ever at a reasonable price.

Breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly. Parking was easy and despite being next to a road it was quiet in the room. The hotel building is in need of a bit of a refurb but the restaurant building was quite nice. Unfortunately the room could have been cleaner, the bed wasn't made properly and there was a lot of hair in the bath plug which was really horrible.

Room was good but everything looks a bit tired now, but then we have been coming here for a few years now. The bathrooms although functional could do with having new showers, but then the price is always very good so i suppose you get what you oay for. The staff are ALWAYS lovely, so 5* to them.

Parking next to a load of skips/bins outside. Bed was comfy but there were long dark hairs on the pillows, so I dont think these were changed before our arrival. Breakfast was absolutely disgusting, tasteless food with really poor ingredients, very much not worth the money. Would not stay in a Marstons inn again

The pub is very busy and loud but I efficient and friendly. Hotel room is ok but shower didn’t heat up much. Good for a business stop over.

The staff in the bar were not very polite or accomadating. Not a good advert to the pub. The rooms were clean bed comfortable. It's a shame and it spoilt our evening.

Enjoyed my stay, room nice and spacious bit of a damp smell in there and damp spots on the ceiling and couple hairs in the bath but apart from that nice relaxed weekend for me.

We stayed for three nights, reasonable sized room, comfortable bed, adequate bathroom. Room could do with seeing a duster a little more regular.

Check in at the pub, nice pub, good food. Big room, great parking. For the price this is excellent value and I got a good nights sleep.

I've stayed at several Marston's hotels before and they have been high standard for a budget brand. The KIng's Highway is poor. It is starting to look run down. A bed with a protrudiing spring, a collapsing bed settee, and in my first room a window with a broken handle.
