Appartamento bellissimo, con una vista spettacolare sul mare e vicino al centro! Mi è piaciuto tutto! La casa, la posizione e la disponibilità e gentilezza di Nicolò che era sempre super attento alle nostre esigenze!

We stayed for 3 weeks, so feel qualified to give detailed review. Exceptional location for holidays - in 5 min walk 3 supermarkets, bakery, great pizzeria, best gelateria in town, barber, car wash, car parking, EV chargers; one of the best traditional Italian restaurants is on the ground floor. Old town is in 5 min. Daily market with fresh seafood is in 15 min walk. At the same time - 15 min walk to the beach through beautiful streets and city center! Beach has almost no waves and is protected by barier, shallow sea for a few meters - ideal beach to enjoy relaxed time with children. Nice beach clubs and okeish public beach (very narrow). Beautiful marina view. Amazing sea and town view from spacious terrace that fits large dining table, sheislongs. Maybe some optical effect, but sea and yachts seem closer than looking from the shore. Powerful central air conditioning channeled through appartment - we survived 35+ heat with comfort. Sanremo has ideal balance of simple coastal town where locals just live (not touristy at all) and fancy areas with nicer beachclubs, parties, and attractions like Ariston theater and the casino. During our stay in august there were a few nice music performances. Overall, Sanremo people seem to enjoy the culture of their town. This apartment is simply ideal for long stay for a pair or family with 1-2 children.

Maybe not relevant for everyone and really a minor thing - if you used to sleep in complete silence be aware that windows face the street that stays buisy until late evening (= not easy to sleep with open windows, which you may not want anyway when AC is on). Soundproofing is ok, but sometimes I heard TV from neighbors late in the evenings - I suspect they just like it very loud.
