Awful

The apartment itself was cute and clean. Parking was decent

The building had an industrial feel with the smell of smoke throughout. The view out the window was ok, but if you looked down, it was a filthy alley with men loitering. The location was difficult to get to and in a very hilly area. Walking to anywhere required many steps up and down with alleys smelling of urine and garbage. The neighborhood was filthy! We did not feel safe walking, felt like a slum. It was extremely hot with one of the fans not working well, the main room fan only had 3 blades so very little air movement. One day we received a call from the owner stating that she received a complaint about noise from a neighbor. She said it was the sound of shutters at 4 or 5 in the morning. It was actually 6:15 at sunrise when we had difficulty closing the shutters when the sun woke us up. We had to leave them open at night due to the heat and no air conditioning. We thought there was ac, but there was not. My husband (71y) had to get up on a ladder to fix the steel shades. She was rude and it was humiliating to be scolded about “noise”. We heard many noises all night. I believe it was her assistant who lives in the building not a neighbor who complained, and it was after sunrise not “during the night” as stated. The internet was sketchy as well. We ended up leaving a day early due to all of these issues. We even had to buy our own fan to survive the heat! The shower did not maintain temperature. My husband and I 64 and 71 travel extensively, and have stayed in many types of accommodations. This was by far our most negative experience with both the facilities and host.

Lovely stay

Great appartement near city center of Sanremo, great view from the bedroom window. A five minutes walk leads you in to the small streets with lots off restaurants and shops. The host was really friendly, the communication couldn’t be any better. She gave us some good addresses where we could eat, lovely beaches and things to see and do. We would definitely come back if we are in the neighbourhood. Keep up the good work!

A great place for a short break at the coast.

Great location close to main food market; easy access to city centre and the seafront; good restaurants nearby. Lovely view of the old city up on the hill. The private garage parking was a bonus. Would stay there again!

The small kitchen would be cramped for four people, but perfect for two.

Ottima posizione e TUTTO MOLTO PULITO

Ottima posizione, appartamento pulito (uno dei migliori in cui sono stata come pulizia) luminoso, spazioso e fornito di ogni accessorio in cucina. Bella vista su chiesa e scorcio di mare. Nel periodo in cui siamo stati era tranquillo e senza rumori abbiamo dormito benissimo su comodi letti. Signor Hilda davvero gentile e disponibile per ogni cosa.

Vorrei lasciare una bella recensione per l'appartamento bellavista a sanremo. Posto consigliatissimo sotto tutti i punti di vista. Pulizia Qualità Servizi panorama stupendo vista mare e dei tetti, parcheggio auto Fornito di tutti i confort in casa e arredata con gusto Composto da una ampia camera da letto con comodi materassi Soggiorno ampio con comodo divano poltrona televisore più letto aggiuntivo. Noi eravamo in tre Cucina fornita di tutto: Microonde forno bollitore macchina del caffè Riscaldamento autonomo Phon Ferro da stiro Lavatrice Sembra di essere a casa propria. E poi vicino al casinò, all'Ariston, mercato annonario centro città Sono contenta d'aver conosciuto la sig.ra Luisella, gentilissima che si avvale della collaborazione della sig.ra Hilda sempre disponibile a tutte le ns. richieste. È stato un soggiorno piacevole da ripetere. Voto 10 stelle Grazie
