Andrea is managing the appartment. He is smart, serious and working well. He is helpfull, available if needed. The satisfaction of the costmer is important for him. We recommand this appartment.

I recommend this apart. It was very comfortable

A very large, clean apart. 2 air conditioners. It was nice to communicate with Andrea. Apartment in the city center. Good noise isolation.

Only one minus for some will be in this apartment: this is the second floor. The house has high ceilings and high steps. If people have a health problem, it will be difficult to rise. And if large suitcases, it will be difficult to raise from the room

Exceptional

Andrea was so helpful and welcoming. The apartment was stunning. Walking distance from everything! It was extremely clean and had whatever we needed. Andrea even went out of his way to come over one evening when we were having problems with the TV which was extremely kind. Top service, when we come back we would love to stay here again. The value for money is excellent and the sofa bed was very comfortable. The view from the main window is so beautiful, perfect for people watching whilst having a cup of coffee in the morning as you can see right up the street. So easy to get up and out early, we headed to Sanremo Market in a few minutes walk which me thoroughly enjoyed. We were absolutely made up! Thanks so much for having us, we will be coming back!

There wasn't a single thing that we were unhappy with. Every element of our stay exceeded our expectations. Fantastic host and fantastic town.

Ganz toller Aufenthalt. Jederzeit wieder!

Das Apartment liegt mitten in der tollen und lebendigen Altstadt von Sanremo. Somit kurze Wege zu Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäften. Aber auch der Strand ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Optimal! Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet mit neuen und dichten Fenstern, so dass man auch nachts ruhig schlafen konnte. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Andrea ist ein supernetter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der auch gerne Tipps für Ausflüge etc. gibt. Wir waren mit dem Mietwagen da und Andrea hat uns noch spontan einen Parkplatz in einem bewachten Parkhaus vermittelt. Super!

È stato un soggiorno ottimo, appartamento moderno completo di ogni confort e pulizia , inoltre il proprietario Andrea gentilissimo disponibile e reattivo a qualsiasi esigenza del cliente durante tutto il soggiorno, lo consiglierò a tutti i miei amici che verranno a sanremo ed esperienza sicuro da ripetere

Uitstekend appartement, midden in het oude centrum

De communicatie met de eigenaar was uitstekend. Alle faciliteiten waren aanwezig. Twee televisies, een goed bed en mogelijkheid om te komen.. De locatie was meer dan goed. Midden in het centrum.
