Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, man ist in 10 Minuten am Strand und in 5 Minuten in der Fußgängerzone. Auch zur Altstadt "La Pigna" ist es nicht weit, zum Bahnhof läuft man ca. 20 Minuten. Die Wohnung wurde sehr schön hergerichtet und auch die Ausstattung ist optimal. Auf den Fotos wirken die Zimmer größer als im Original. Wenn man mit 2 Personen anreist, hat man noch ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und seitlichen Meerblick, ansonsten wird das Zimmer als 2. Schlafzimmer genutzt. (Bei 3 bis 4 Personen)
Unabhängig von der Wohnung sollte man sich auf Grund der zentralen Lage bei Anreise mit dem Auto bewusst sein, das es wenig bis gar keine Parkmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung gibt. Ein Parkhaus hatte zu unserer Reisezeit 2 Tage geschlossen und dann von 7 bis 20 Uhr geöffnet. Wir haben unser Auto auf dem großen Parkplatz der Gemeinde Sanremo in Strandnähe/Radweg geparkt. Dort stand es auch sicher, allerdings belaufen sich die Preise auf bis zu 24 Euro pro Tag.
