A perfect stay…

The apartment is really well equipped and comfortable, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are many restaurants so close by, as is the beach and cycle/walking path along the coast. Despite being so close to restaurants and bars the apartment is really peaceful due to the soundproofing. Raffealla couldn’t have been more helpful and it was great to leave our hire car in the garage. Staying here is ideal to explore San Remo, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Wonderful apartment with an amazing host

We really enjoyed our stay at kadevi. The apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed & more. The location is superb, convenient and handy to everything. Raffaella sent us a message before arrival concerning parking arrangements and best options for getting our baggage to the apartment, it was clear, concise and faultless. Thank you so much Raffaella, your apartment is fantastic and so comfortable. We can’t wait to come back.

We had wonderful weekend in Sanremo

We had such a great time in Sanremo The apartment is very clean and cozy and location is next to the sea. Beds were comfortable and in the kitchen is all equipment you need for breakfast, lunch & dinner. We stayed there with two kids, after we parked a car in garage we had opportunity to ride with bicycles all together, that was kind a bonus. In the front yard there are lots of restaurants with different choices. We had wonderful time in Sanremo! We will come back :)

The perfect place to stay in Sanremo

Raffaela has been very nice with us. Location is near the beach, services, restaurants and train station. Private parking box (5 minutes on foot far) is the add value of the apartament. Bikes are available for free. We hope to go back in Sanremo as soon as possible.

Amazing apartment in a beautiful ancient building. The view on the plaza is beautiful, in particular the palms and the orange treas. The kitchen is very well equipped. Unless it takes a little time to get there, it is great to have a private parking, which can not be accessed by other people. There are many stores, restaurants and terraces close to the apartment.

Terrific location of this absolutely cute appartment with the host caring for pleasant details.

Terrific location, cute design and smart solutions that give you all you need to spend time in that cosy and nice appartment. This includes soundproof windows separating perfectly from the noise of the bars and restaurants outside (very good ones, BTW). The garage was useful, not too far away, and you can use bikes for free for example to go along that wonderful bikers trail, a fascinating opportunity, indeed. And Christmas decoration was also there, as on the pictures. But most killing were those small things Raffaella left for us that are often missing in rented flats which usually annoys you, but not here - like coffee, a bottle of milk, tea, olive, salt and pepper, dishwashing set, plenty of soft towels, etc. Even some breakfast pastry and cookies! That was absolutely amazing, no wonder though when you deal with such a host like Raffaella with her kindness and help or advise she offers to you, always with a smile.

Maybe it could be a little bit warmer in the bathroom, especially in winter time when we were there. I guess in summertime this issue may turn to be an advantage though :)

Fabulous, clean apartment located centrally

Perfect location in the centre of Sanremo, close to the port. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had all amenities necessary. Absolutely lovely host, would definitely recommend to a couple or solo traveller and we would stay again next time we are in Sanremo! Thank you so much.

L’emplacement est tout simplement parfait car on peut tout faire à pied. L’appartement est très fonctionnel et la place de parking inclue est vraiment très pratique. Et par dessus l’hôte est vraiment disponible et met à disposition des vélos Gratuitement. Nous y reviendrons sûrement

Seul bémol les draps qui du canapé avaient une odeur d’humidité très forte mais mon erreur a été de ne pas en avoir parlé à l’hôte de suite

Die sehr gute und freundliche Begleitung durch die Gastgeberin. Einfach toll! Es ist alles vorhanden, sogar für das erste Frühstück braucht nichts (ausser Brot) eingekauft zu werden. Die Fahrrader sind der Luxus und die Foute nach Imperia traumhaft!

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln - auch die Betten sind top.

Ein perfekter Urlaub in einer perfekten Unterkunft mit einer super Gastgeberin.

Super Lage, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Bett und die Kissen sehr bequem. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und super nett. Es waren sogar Kleinigkeiten für das Frühstück und Wasser im Kühlschrank da. Schlüsselübergabe und Garage hat alles bestens geklappt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Das Appartement ist wunderschön, restauriert, tolle Einrichtung und super sauber. Für einen Teller Pasta ist bereits alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin, Raffaela, eine wunderbare Person, die auf die Wünsche ihrer Gäste eingeht. Für mich ein besonderes Highlight on top ist, dass Fahrräder inklusive sind. Mitten im Geschehen und trotzdem wunderbar ruhig, durch die perfekte Isolierung. Also alles in allem, sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen wieder. Grazie ancora

Un appartamento ideale a Sanremo per coppie o famiglie

Appartamento incantevole e confortevole nel centro di Sanremo, a due passi dal mare e da ogni tipo di servizi (ristoranti, negozi, Teatro Ariston etc..). Arredato con cura e attenzione ai dettagli (abbiamo soggiornato a Natale ed abbiamo trovato albero du natale e addobbi per la gioia dei bambini) pulizia impeccabile e con tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno. Insonorizzato perfettamente e con una splendida vista su una vivace piazzetta. Abbiamo usufruito anche delle biciclette (per adulti e bambini con caschetti di protezione) e del box per l’auto a pochi minuti a piedi dall’appartamento. La proprietaria si e’ rivelata molto disponibile e professionale.
