L'appartamento è veramente ben organizzato e dotato di tutte le attrezzature necessarie per una famiglia di 4 persone. Inoltre è in una posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro. La signora Delia è stata molto cortese e puntuale nel rispondere alle nostre domande durante la vacanza e poi anche estremamente gentile nel rispedirci a casa un oggetto dimenticato alla nostra partenza.
Gli immediati dintorni dell'appartamento non sono molto signorili.

Struttura pulita, attrezzata ed arredata con cura. Comoda vicino al centro e porto. Sicuramente da scegliere nuovamente per un soggiorno a Sanremo.
Anche se è possibile scaricare i bagagli vicino la struttura, l’unica pecca e la mancanza di posteggi in prossimità. A pagamento dista 5 minuti a piedi, gratuito 10 minuti (quando abbiamo soggiornato purtroppo era chiuso per una esibizione).
