Electric keeps going off. TV in living room does not work. Difficult to get hold of owner in run up to the holiday.

Exceptional

This property is absolutely perfect. Authentic Italian styling and perfectly equipped for any situation. We stayed here for a month during the pandemic about 1-2 years ago and it was tough to leave, I must admit. Since our last visit many things have even been improved - all new refrigerator and some minor touch ups throughout the place gave it a very refined and high-quality impression.

Big spacious apartament at good location!

Big spacious apartment. Was perfect for 4 adults and two kids. Had two cars, one we parking at the apartment, second at the big free public parking lot just near by (it is located on the left side from the apartment, on the sea shore if you looking towards the sea).

In one shower there was some leakage on the bottom of the base, but im sure it will be fixed.

- Michele, the owner is very nice and helpfully - nothing was missing in this amazing Apartment with wonderful sight to the sea. - very close to beach. - top Restaurant (falcone) in the neighbour house. - garage place for the car. - very recommended, we’ll lokimg forward to coming back.

Great apartment in perfect location

Beautiful apartment in style and size, really great location overlooking the sea and central to bars and restaurants without being noisy. Immaculately clean, with everything you would need during your stay

The outside space is not huge (3 small balconies) but that is the only thing I can think of as a negative

Wonderful spacious apartment at the beach

Big, spacious apartment with the garage. 3 balconies, two with the sea view and 1 in the kitchen. Air conditioners in every room. Renovated, 2 bathrooms are wonderful with windows. Apartment located across the road from a big sandy beach, promenade, yacht club, best Italian Fusion restaurant in Sanremo and a beach night club ( works only on the weekends). 100 meters to downtown and shopping, 10 min walk to casino or Nobel villa. Hosts very friendly, met us upon arrival and were anytime available within minutes when required. Would recommend to anyone and we surely will return.
