Excellent location and absolutely spotlessly clean, but patio furniture was bad and no AC in the bedrooms

Location was perfect, the apartment was spotless

The outdoor furniture was not like what the pictures showed- rusted table that was falling apart and uncomfortable chairs- pictures on booking.com showed different furniture. AC only in the central area

Good location but no internet or coffee at home.

Location is definitely what I liked the most. Very central and close to everything: beaches, old town and train/bus stations.

No Wi-Fi, no working TV (antenna was broken) and no working coffee machine - sitting on the bench however broken.

Horrible host.

Only the location and the view from the Balcony.

I know the apartment says that there is no WiFi. But we are in 2023. And it's absolutely unacceptable not to have Internet in the house. Very old TV with 5 channels only. The coffee machine didn't work because it was very old and broken. The host, who was just an agent, was always annoyed with my requests and the owners who made him do some things for me. I stayed for more than 3 weeks. There are no extra sheets for the bed. And the bed had to mattresses so it was always big hall in the middle which made bed so uncomfortable to sleep. Not to mention that the pillows were horrible as well. I had to ask for bigger towels because I was given only the small ones. No vacuum cleaner to clean the house. I had to find a way to clean it myself because the dust were everywhere. It was falling off the cupboards like huge flakes to our bed. There is no iron board to iron my clothes. I had to ask for it as well. The terrace was dusty and dirty, so with the sun in the morning, it was no chance even to sit down there. I am extremely disappointed with this house and the rude agent. I paid almost 1400 for 3 weeks. And I have to say that it didn't cost it this much. Also note that your neighbours will be fighting every night for hours and you will hear them as if they are doing that in your bedroom where you will try to fall in sleep. So think before you book this apartment. It's not worth spending your money for this nightmare, plaice, in a lovely Sanremo.

good for quality/prices

anything been amazing… view from the balcony, close to many shops and also to the Ariston ( popular theatre) the centre is very close to the apartment around 100m … we will come back for sure… many thanks

Exceptional

The appartment is exactly as described. It's very spacious and bright. From the balcony there's a seaview. The appartment is well located, you find everything (sea, supermarket) within a walking distance. The host was very kind and available all the time. He was very flexible as our flight was delayed and we arrived later. We would recommend the appartment!

Exceptional

We stayed 5 people, 2 adults and our 3 kids loved the kids bedroom. Location was perfect. The apartment in it self was great; spacious, newly renovated and well equipped. Great balcony with a lovely view. Check-in/out worked out great too. We would definitely come back here, and recommend friends to stay here!

Due to some fixing in the apt we weren’t able to check in properly at 15:00 as granted by booking, plus there was a cleaning issue HOWEVER, our host corrected this without any hassle so we are totally happy with our stay!

Exceptional

The free beach is close. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom and so on. The parking place is very near for 50 euro/ week in Parchegggio Palafiori. For parkimg card we had to go to a bank because of deposit. It wad strange for us. Anyway we liked the apartment and enjoyed being Sanremo.

No wifi and airconditon but we could bear the nights.

Appartamento che utilizzerei ancora senza dubbio

Posizione, comoda e tranquilla, ampi spazi, appartamento molto luminoso, bagno finestrato e spazioso, camera matrimoniale molto ampia ben accessoriata (aggiungerei solo uno specchio grande) e con comodo accesso al balcone, cucina e ingresso molto spaziosi, posizione molto tranquilla e per niente rumorosa. Noi non abbiamo utilizzato la camera con letti a castello.

Suggerirei qualche pentola, stoviglie e posate in più, oltre a biancheria da cucina e un microonde, stendino da cambiare, valorizzerei il balcone, e aggiungerei qualche bidone per la raccolta differenziata.

Notice absente tele satellite ! Non fonctionnel ! Nuisance sonore au marteau piqueur à 8h le matin ds un appartement voisin. Impossible de rester la journée travaux en continu! Propriétaire silence radio pour la remise des clés ou les déposer ! Laissé 2 messages et j ai appelé. Demande un geste commercial sur le prix aucun retour! Je ne recommande pas .

Très belle vue, mais l appartement n est pas pareil sur les photos !

Établissement qui n est pas à la hauteur des photos mises sur Booking, il n était pas net, les draps avaient des taches blanches comme s’il y avait eu de la javel dessus. Heureusement la vue était belle sur la mer et l appartement très lumineux.

La personne qui devait me remettre les clefs m’a faite attendre plus que de raison pour des choses personnelles et ça c est inacceptable ! J avais vu des personnes qui n étaient pas content du manque de fiabilité du concierge, malheureusement c est récurrent ! Pour le prix il n y avait pas de verre pour mettre m brosse à dent, pas de kit pour laver la vaisselle. Ce n était que de l à peu près ! Tres déçu!

Totul a fost minunat!

Ne-a placut totul. Foarte curat, foarte foarte luminos alartamentul, vedere minunata catre mare, 2 minute de mers pe jos de centru. Dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie. M-am simtit ca acasa. Spectaculos! Recomand!
