Lovely apartment in a great location.
Really nice apartment. 3rd floor. Newly refurbished with great decor. Exceptionally clean. All the facilities you need like washing machine, iron, hairdryer, kitchen equipment, etc. Nice bathroom. Great location. Supermarket downstairs. Safe area and close to the centre. Lots of shops and restaurants locally. Lovely friendly host. Nice large terrace with a big table for breakfast and lunch.
Some litter on the street outside, but this is obviously not the fault of the apartment owner.

Superb
The apartment is very cozy, bright, modern, and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, the terrace was absolutely impressive. The comfortable seating arrangements and well-maintained outdoor furniture were truly appreciated, allowing us to enjoy the fresh air. There are a 24/7 shop and a market with fresh fruit and vegetables close to the apartment. The apartment is located on a very beautiful street with big trees on both sides of the road and is not far from the bus station and railway station.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, but there is no lift in the building. But it was not a big problem for us. Soundproofing is a little bit low. We could hear the neighbors watching TV during the nights.

Das moderne Apartment im Zentrum von Sanremo ist bestens ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders schön ist der Balkon, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein – nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand und zum Supermarkt. Die private Anbieterin ist sehr freundlich, empfängt einen persönlich zur Schlüsselübergabe und reagiert stets direkt auf Nachrichten. Insgesamt eine rundum gelungene Unterkunft, die ich absolut weiterempfehlen kann.
