Fácil llegar, aparcar y buena situación.
Poca ventilación, ruidoso por la noche (tráfico, basurero, ...) para los que estamos acostumbrados al campo.

There were some ants in the apartment. Probably because it's on the ground floor.

sehr gute Lage in der Innenstadt. Einerseits in unmittelbarer Nähe der Hauptflaniermeile, andererseits ein kurzer Weg zum Meer. Viele Zimmer - wirklich Platz für 4 Personen, da vieles doppelt vorhanden ist (2 x TV, 2 x Badezimmer, usw.) Eigener spezieller Parkplatz.
man hat das Gefühl in einer Kellerwohnung zu sein. Das Schlafzimmer hat nur schmale Lichtschlitze unterhalb der Decke, das wirkt wie in einer Höhle. Die Ausstattung insgesamt ist nicht modern. Kein Internet. Parkplatz in einem sehr engen Hinterhof und dann parkt man quasi auf der Hausterrasse. Keine schöne Aussicht.
