About this apartment rental
Homeleven offers a welcoming apartment in the heart of Sanremo, in Piazza San Siro, on the first floor of a characteristic historic building without an elevator. Convenient location to experience the city on foot: the Ariston Theater is reachable in about 3 minutes, as are the Casino, the Russian Orthodox Church, Corso Imperatrice, the cycle-pedestrian path of the Coastal Park of the Riviera dei Fiori and the beaches.
The entrance opens onto a bright living room with dining table, Smart TV and a comfortable sofa bed, particularly suitable for a child. The kitchen, fully equipped, is integrated into a characteristic vaulted niche, an element that recalls the architecture of historic residences in the center of Sanremo.
Going down a few steps you access the sleeping area and the complete bathroom with shower box: windowed double bedroom and second room with a hidden single bed, separated by a large openable glass structure that does not reach the ceiling, maintaining continuity and brightness between the spaces.
The apartment retains the charm of typical residences in the center of Sanremo, with distribution on different levels and some internal steps, distinctive elements that define its authenticity. There is no air conditioning; in the warmer months fans are available.
The very central location offers restaurants, bars and services just a few steps from home. During periods of greater liveliness, particularly in summer and during events, the center can be lively even in the evening hours.
Ideal solution for couples and families, up to 3 adults and 1 child under 12, who wish to stay in Sanremo in a practical and characteristic vacation home, in a location that allows you to discover the city comfortably on foot. To access the apartment you need to climb more than 20 steps: the spaces may be unsuitable for people with mobility difficulties.
