Aircon is GREAT, kitchen was perfect, double bed and sofa double bed were both comfy enough for our week long stay the pillows could be better but thats me being picky
No wifi even though there is a wifi hub in the flat, the location is not great if you dont have a vehicle and have to walk as there is a MONSTER hill to walk up

La tranquilité du logement. la belle vue sur la ville.
L'aide apporté au téléphone par le propriétaire le jour de notre arrivée.
La possibilité d'avoir un parking privé pour la voiture (même si l'accès est assez étroit).
Le fait qu'il ne soit pas précisé dans l'annonce que le logement est dans une rue piétonne....
Le logement est en "altitude" (dans les hauteurs de San REMO) et il faut donc une bonne condition physique lors des différents aller-retour à pieds entre le centre ville et le logement.
