Dirty and very cold apartment no heater and no hot water
The apartment was dirty, and very cold (14degrees early December with NO heating). Water lukewarm not even enough to take a proper shower Boiler didn’t work Coffee machine didn’t work Filthy bathroom with hairs on the floor For the price it’s completely unacceptable

can’t say anything because I didn’t have a chance to enter the appartment
tried to contact a host several times - no answer. Didn’t get any information about a room number, where to look for the keys, what is the security number to open a key box - nothing. Ended up in the middle of a night with a family in a place where there’re almost no ‚normal’ hotels. Spent a fortune to book a room in a random hotel at 1am. Worst experience ever since 10+ years. Currently trying to get my money back.

Розташування, комфорт, близькість до моря до супермаркетів, стоянок авто. А цей старий ліфт- це просто фантастика, а також вечеря на балконі це Супер.
Ну маленький холодильник , шум з вулиці, але це не від них залежить. ) Ну і звичайно обов’язково поставте кондиціонер, чи хоч 2 вентилятори по кімнатах, і на наступний раз від мене 10, а поки що між 7 і 8

Modesto, confortevole e rumoroso
La posizione comoda ai principali servizi e alla spiaggia sia libera che a pagamento. L'appartamento è modesto ma si presenta bene ed è dotato di tutto ciò che è necessario per un piacevole soggiorno
L' appartamento, essendo nella strada che porta a Sanremo dall' uscita dell' autostrada , è molto rumoroso e durante la notte è necessario chiudere tutte le finestre per riuscire a dormire tranquilli. Difficile reperire i bidoni dove buttare l'immondizia poiché non viene consegnata la chiave degli stessi . Per la posizione non centrale considero il prezzo un tantino più alto di quello che dovrebbe.
