Be aware that this apartment is uphill in the historic center: with quite some stairs and narrow steep roads to reach it. It is gorgeous & worth the walk!

I stayed in the two-bedroom apartment at this beautiful boutique residence in the heart of Sanremo, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. The apartment is spacious, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, with every detail carefully considered. Both bedrooms were comfortable and elegant, featuring exceptionally comfortable beds that ensured a perfect night's sleep. The entire property was spotless and maintained to the highest standards. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of Sanremo's historic center and within walking distance of the beach, the Ariston Theatre, the Casino, and the city's main attractions. It is the perfect base for exploring Sanremo on foot while enjoying the charm and authenticity of the old town. A special thank you to Davide, who was an exceptional host throughout our stay. He was welcoming, professional, and always available to provide helpful recommendations for restaurants, parking, and local attractions. This property perfectly combines the character and personalized service of a boutique hotel with the space and comfort of a luxury two-bedroom apartment. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sanremo and would gladly stay here again.

Gute Lage in der Innenstadt. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Wohnung neu renoviert.

Es gibt keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Parken entgeltlich im öffentlichen Raum. Straßenrand, Parkplatz (dort di. sa. Markt, wird abgeschleppt), Parkhaus. Das Frühstück besteht lediglich aus einem kleinen Depot aus abgepacktem Zwieback, Marmelade, Kaffeekapseln, Safttüten. Auf jeden Fall zu wenig, um mit 4 Personen in einen aktiven Tag zu starten. Zu unserer Zeit morgendlich Bauarbeiten im Nachbarhaus.
