- Sehr gute Lage nahe an Bahnhof und City - Sauber - Check-in schon ab 14h möglich - Gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber.
- Leider funktionieren die Herdplatten nur auf unterer Stufe, Wasser bekommt man damit nicht zum kochen. - Es gab Lärm von der Wohnung oben drüber (schlechte Schallisolierung). - Morgens um 8 wurden wir vom Rasenmäher im Innenhof geweckt (dafür kann der Gastgeber natürlich nichts). - Der Mietpreis ist etwas zu teuer für die Qualität der Wohnung.
