Beautiful view in the window room.
The house had no instructions for how to make basic things work. The water heater was off, we could not turn on the oven, the gas to the stovetop was not on, and the house was cold from the heat being off. It was also disappointing to find a dishwasher full of dirty dishes . We left it much better than we found it.
