The hospitality was outstanding- staff were very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were spotless and very clean, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious with good variety of options to start the day. The location is also very convenient, close to key attractions of Ella and easy to access. Overall it offers great value for money,and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for pleasant stay.

had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Ella. The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by green mountains, tea plantations, and fresh cool air. The view from the room was breathtaking, especially in the morning.
