The location of this apartment is tops, with a direct view of the Mediterranean Sea. Just below the apartment are 2 restaurants which serve good breakfast, lunch and dinner, play good music, good for wine evenings.
We had requested our host for check in at 2 pm since we were landing at Milan after a full night of travelling and driving straight into Nice, but the cleaning lady landed up just when we arrived and made us wait outside the building in the hot sun for more than an hour while she was cleaning. Secondly not enough coffee pods were left in the apartment for 4 nights of stay for 2 persons also. No sugar satchets also.

If you want to be close to the beach promenade and the old town, this is the perfect location! It's tucked away a bit from the busy street, so noise was not a problem for us. The apartment is also located next door to two very good restaurants that serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. We loved walking along the beach on the promenade each morning!
The cleaning person showed up 30 minutes before our checkout time, but we believe that was due to a simple miscommunication and probably a rare occurrence. Also, the bathroom shower could have been a bit more clean.
