Perfect Booking 2 Bed Home in Merthyr Tydfil

The house is well located, close to city center. The bed was comfortable. It was very clean. The full house was recently renewed so everything was new as I could tell. Loved the reading nook in the living room. Appliances in the kitchen are good. The owner was reactive when we were contacting them. There is not parking in front of the house but it is easy to find a place in the streets nearby.

This property is quite new so there are a few adjustments to do. We stayed 5 days in the accommodation, and some things made the stay impractical. Most of them are easy fixes so I am confident that they can be improved for next customers. - We struggled to check-in because the address on google maps pointed 300m up the street. The person that we contacted was not really helpful and we found the house thanks to a person in the neighborhood that new the place. - The bath towels and bathmats were missing, we realized it only late in the night, so we had to use the only hand towel that was available. Towels got delivered next day. - Essentials like toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, sponge were either missing or hidden in a cupboard used by the cleaner. Ideally when arriving in a place, everything should be present and easily accessible. We shouldn't need to call someone to know where things are. - There was no information about how to use the bin systems. And there was no big bin bags to put in the big bin present in the house. - Generally kitchen utensils were good. We did miss some kitchen essentials: pasta drainer, potato peeler, mixing bowl/salad bowl, measuring jug, a lid for the pan, and a few extra pots and pans. - Attach the bathroom mirror somehow because it can fall easily - Add a coat rack in the living room, there is plenty of space for it in front of the entrance. - Put a standard kitchen table and dining chairs in the kitchen. Existing chairs are extremely uncomfortable and this is really frustrating when staying several days. Kitchen table is hard to clean because breadcrumbs get stuck between the table top and the frame. - Add some real storage in the bedrooms. There were only some hanging racks. Some shelves and/or drawers would be way more practical. - Some bedside lamps are running on batteries but are not charged and there is no charging cable...
