The place is located near the Lucern stop, from which it’s convenient to reach other Costa Blanca coastal towns such as Altea and Benidorm. The view from the 29th‑floor apartment window is impressive, even though it’s not facing the sea.
The hosts were slow to respond, and it often took a long time to receive an answer. No instructions were provided on how to connect to the Wi‑Fi. The messages received were automatically generated by AI and not intended for guests actually renting the apartment — for example, instructions on where to leave the keys, even though the apartment uses a keyless entry system with a code. On the first day of the stay, a warning was sent about potential fines for damaged inventory. Basic hygiene items, such as shower gel, were missing. By the way, the owner had left a bottle of white wine as a warm welcome gesture, which was very nice, but the wine opener was broken. No worries — we bought a new one and left it behind so future guests could use it too. In short, Jose needs to pay more attention to his business rather than taking such a formal, hands‑off approach :)
