The apartment has a great view as it is located on the 14th floor of the building and you have a great and clear view of the sea in front and to the old town. It is very close to the downtown area of Alicante and you can easily walk through the city center or go to the beach.
The apartment is a bit old and super tiny. It is great if you look for something cheap but I was expecting it to have more utilities. The kitchen is very small and barely usable and there is no oven or microwave.
