Luxury views downtown

Clean, tidy and great location! We arrived very late but the check in process was easy & access went smoothly. Bed was comfy, enough space for 2 and kitchen area was a nice touch. Lovely view from the balcony and equally as nice that the windows opened right up too. Location was fantastic, everywhere was no more than a 20 min walk. The apartment felt secure. We’ll be sure to recommend to others and consider returning should we come back to Alicante :)

Lokalizacja, czystość, sprzęt

The location was very convenient, just a few steps from the Luceros, the view from the balcony was magnificent, the apartment was clean and had everything what was needed for a short stay, in addition, a small wine bottle was a kind welcoming note from the property. It is a good option for a few days.

I was very surprised that the apartment was not serviced sufficiently. I came on Saturday and found a coffee machine not functioning (it needed cleaning) but it was replaced only in a few days. Nobody came to check it, just I received a package with a new coffee machine. During these days, I had to go down to buy coffee. Also, some weird smell appeared in the bathroom in a few days after accommodating. In daytime, there was no hot water supply on some days. The registration and the code were sent very last minutes before 16.00. Very thin walls. Only two out of four elevators were operating.

Gute Lage; ausreichend groß; Balkon groß genug, um dort auch zu sitzen; Waschmaschine

Toilette war bei Ankunft nicht sauber; die Schiebetüren des Schranks lassen sich nicht gut schließen; einer der drei Stühle ist so wacklig, dass er nicht benutzt werden konnte; die Schließanlage der Wohnungstür ist nur notdürftig repariert, sodass sie während unseres Aufenthaltes einmal ausfiel und wir vor verschlossener Türe standen
